1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the hk666 website, mobile interface and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). hk666 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for adult users who choose to engage with it in accordance with the laws applicable to their jurisdiction. The Platform operates under the authority of its licensing jurisdiction and complies with the conditions imposed by that licence.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means real-money funds deposited by the Player and held in their Account, net of any withdrawals or wagers placed.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• "Platform" means the hk666 website, mobile interface and all associated services.
• "Player" means any registered user of the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "We / Us / Our" means the operator of the hk666 Platform.

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on hk666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or specifically excluded by the Platform's operating licence.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any platform-operated exclusion list.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor or close family member of an employee or contractor of the Platform or any associated group company.
• You must register and maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

The Platform reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension, restriction or permanent closure of the Account.

4Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. All activity conducted under your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified us promptly of a suspected security breach.

• Notify hk666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Do not access your Account on shared or public devices without appropriate precautions.
• Enable two-factor authentication where it is available.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in the currency displayed in your Account, which for Pakistani players is typically PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per method; current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are mentioned for contextual familiarity only. Their mention does not imply that those providers endorse, support or are affiliated with hk666 or any gambling activity. Actual available payment methods are subject to change and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.

• Deposit processing: Most deposits are credited instantly; processing times may vary by method and may be subject to third-party processing delays outside our control.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals require full KYC verification to be completed before processing. No exceptions apply to this requirement.
• Account name matching: The name on your payment account must match the name on your hk666 Account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are generally processed to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to method availability and operator policy.
• Processing times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method and operator workload. hk666 does not guarantee specific payout timeframes.
• Fees: hk666 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be displayed in the Cashier prior to confirmation of the transaction.

6Bonuses & Promotions

hk666 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins and cashback arrangements. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms supplement these general Terms and, where there is a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• One bonus per player: Promotions are available to one eligible Account per person, household, IP address and device unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute less than 100% — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. Applicable contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse and fraud: Any attempt to exploit promotions through collusion, use of multiple accounts, systematic bonus hunting or any other form of abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of Bonus Funds, reversal of derived winnings and potential permanent Account closure.
• No cash alternative: Bonus Funds have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or non-cash equivalents outside the Platform's wagering mechanism.

7Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on hk666 are governed by the specific rules for each product, which are accessible from within the relevant game or market interface. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player.
• hk666 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or where settlement would be based on corrupted or incomplete data.
• Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result from the relevant governing body. For Pakistan cricket and PSL T20 markets, results are taken from official scorecards. For ICC tournament markets, the official ICC ruling governs. hk666 makes no endorsement of or affiliation with any cricketing body or league.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game's server-side record. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed prior to bet placement.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hk666. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform while under the minimum age requirement.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, disputed transactions or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software that interferes with normal gameplay or the integrity of betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated staking strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform or its services, including denial-of-service attacks or unauthorised access attempts.

9Responsible Gambling

hk666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It carries financial risk and is not a reliable source of income. Players should only ever wager amounts they can genuinely afford to lose.

• Loss limits: Maximum loss thresholds can be configured for defined periods.

• Cooling-off period: A temporary account restriction can be activated at any time for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or extended self-exclusion can be requested through Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10Privacy & Data

11Intellectual Property

All content on the hk666 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations and page layouts, is the intellectual property of hk666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, reused or published for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of hk666. Your right to access the Platform is a limited, revocable, personal and non-transferable licence for private use only.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hk666 and its directors, officers, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or losses arising from platform downtime, game malfunction or third-party payment provider delays.

hk666 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players use the Platform at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13Account Termination

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting hk666 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon Account closure.

hk666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive or criminal conduct is identified or suspected.
• KYC or AML requirements are not satisfied within a reasonable period.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires the Platform to act.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hk666 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Pakistani players are reminded that online gambling is subject to restrictions under local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. hk666 makes no representation that its services are lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to seek independent legal advice if you are uncertain about your obligations.

15Amendments

hk666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform (for example, a notice banner on login) prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent review appears at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the changes come into force.
